Service Charge

All rates charged for courier services in respect of documents which come within the purview of the Postal Services Act, 2012 are subject to the minimum pricing set by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) and may vary from time to time. With effect from 1 January 2015, the minimum price set by MCMC for courier services on documents below 500g is a sum not less than Ringgit Malaysia Five (RM5.00) per consignment note.
The delivery rates are based on actual weight of the package or its volumetric weight, whichever is higher. The calculation for volumetric weight is according to the following formula:-
Volumetric weight (kg) =length (cm) x width (cm) x height (cm) / 5000
Different rates will be applicable for delivery service to Outskirt Delivery Area as specified by Skynet, which may vary over time. To confirm classification of delivery destination, please contact our Customer Service officer of the respective branch. An option of Office Collection at the nearest branch is offered to Non-Serviceable Areas
