Temporary Suspension of Pick-Up Services for Selected Areas

Dear Valued Customers, Due to a recent surge in parcel volumes that has resulted in operational overload, we regret to inform you that our pick-up service for parcels above 2kg from the following areas, will be temporarily suspended, effective immediately. Pick-Up for documents and small parcels below 2kg will still be available. Affected areas are: · Sungai Petani, Kedah (Postcode 08000) · Sik, Kedah (Postcode 08200 & 08210) · Gurun, Kedah (Postcode 08300) · Johor Bahru, Johor (Postcode 81100, 81200, 81700, 81750, 81760, 81800). This measure is necessary to ensure the safety of our operations and to maintain service quality for all customers. The suspension will remain in effect until 7/2/26, it is expected to resume on 9/2/26. We are doing everything within our control to restore service levels back to normal. We kindly seek your patience and understanding as we navigate through this adjustment period. We appreciate your continued support and understanding.
